Easy Slow Cooker Ham

Press whole cloves into the ham so they are evenly distributed
- 1 (6 pound) bone-in country ham
- 30 whole cloves
- 3 cups apple cider, or as needed
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 orange's peel
Fruity Chicken Salad Sandwiches

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pecans, grapes, chicken and apple
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup pecans finely chopped
- 1/2 cups grapes sliced in halves
- 1 cup chicken fully cooked and chopped
- 1 small gala apple chopped
- croissants, rolls, or bread
Homemade Portillo's Chopped Salad

1. Wash and dry the lettuces
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 – 2 heads Romaine lettuce, depending on size
- 1 small head red cabbage, minced or 1 bag sliced red cabbage, chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely minced
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 c. ditalini pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- Vinaigrette dressing, bottled or homemade (we used a Honey Mustard Vinaigrette)

In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce

- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce

Brown Ground Chuck. Add all canned items, including juice, into large pot
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 4 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (14 ounce) can ranch style beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package McCormick mild chili seasoning
- 2 lbs ground chuck
Chicken Fajitas (Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker)

Slice onions and peppers, place in Deep Covered Baker
- 2 medium onions
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp Chipotle rub (or pkg fajita seasoning mix)
- 1 pkg fajita sized tortillas
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- fresh salsa (see recipe)

- 18 oz bbq sauce (1 bottle)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 pkg french bread dough
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 tsp oregano, basil
- Shredded lettuce
- 8 oz thinly sliced deli meats (hard salami, bologna, ham etc)
- 4 oz. thinly sliced cheese (Muenster, Swiss or American)
- 6 Tbsp Italian dressing
- Onion, Green Pepper, tomato
Taffy Apple Dip

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Spanish peanuts

BBQ Chicken Salad

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless thin-sliced chicken breasts
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 3/4 cup canned corn kernels, drained
- 3/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup tortilla strips
