COPYCAT LIPTON'S ONION SOUP MIX

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container
- 3 ⁄4 cup instant minced onion
- 1 ⁄3 cup beef bouillon powder
- 4 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon crushed celery seed
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon sugar
BASIC SPONGE CAKE

Place onion in a 5-qt. slow cooker
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1 bottle (18 ounces) honey barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
CAULIFLOWER AND CHEDDAR SOUP

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat
- 3 Tbsps unsalted butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced small
- 1 medium head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth plus more if desired
- 5-1/2 ounces sharp white cheddar, grated (1-1/2 cups)
- Coarse salt and ground pepper

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- Hot cooked rice
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
