DUTCH OVEN PORK CHOPS & VEGGIES

Combine flour and pepper in shallow dish
- 2 T all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2-3 pork chops
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp crushed dried basil
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pkg frozen French style green beans
HAM AND SWISS QUICHE

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, with racks in upper and lower thirds
- 1 1 1 large yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 2 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 1 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Coarse salt and pepper
- Gluten-free all-purpose flour, for rolling
- 1 1 1 recipe Gluten-Free Pie Dough
- 5 5 2 large eggs plus 2 large egg whites
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup whole milk
- 4 4 4 ounces ham steak, cut into small cubes (1 cup)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup shredded Swiss (2 ounces)
HONEY GRILLED SHRIMP

In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing, honey and garlic; set aside 1/2 cup
- 1 bottle (8 ounces) Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

In a VERY LARGE deep pot combine sugar and canned milk
- POT CONTENTS
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups canned milk
- 31 large marshmallows
- 2 Tbsps vanilla
- BOWL CONTENTS
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2 cubes butter
- 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
SLOW-COOKED PORK ROAST

In a small bowl, whisk the first nine ingredients until blended
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced
- 1 boneless pork loin roast (2-1/2 pounds), halved
- 4 medium potatoes (about 1-3/4 pounds), peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen sliced carrots, thawed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
CREAMY DREAMY HOT CHOCOLATE

Combine first four ingredients in large saucepan; mix well
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsps vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 6-1/2 cups hot water
SWEET-AND-SOUR CHICKEN WINGS

Yummy and Easy!
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup clover or wildflower honey
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
- 2 -inch piece peeled fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 3 pounds chicken wings, cut in half at joint (wing tips removed)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
MINESTRONE SOUP

1.In a large stock pot, over medium-low heat, heat olive oil and saute garlic for 2 to 3 minutes
- 3 tablespoonsolive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 5 carrots, sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine (optional)
- 1 cup canned kidney beans, drained
- 1 8-10 oz package frozen cut green beans
- 3 zucchinis, quartered and sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup seashell pasta
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese for topping
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
TUNA SALAD (DOTTIE)

Flake tuna. Mix in other ingredients and let sit in refrigerator awhile to blend flavors
- 2 cans high-quality tuna
- (albacore)
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or more
- if desired
- 2-3 Tbsps Dijon
- or other good mustard
- 1-1/2 tsps dill weed
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

- 2 firm, ripe medium nectarines or peaches
- 1 package (6 oz.) baby spinach
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 3/4 cup Raspberry Vinaigrette (see recipe under dressings)
