- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1-1/3 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 cup tomato paste

This is the Ultimate French Onion Dip
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 large sweet onions, chopped
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 12 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 8 oz - 1/3 less fat cream cheese, at room temperature
