CHOCOLATE KAHLUA CAKE

Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- GLAZE:
- Vegetable oil spray for misting pan
- Flour for dusting the pan
- 1 package (18.25 oz) plain devil's food cake mix
- 1 package (5.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
- 3/4 cup Kahlua
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup Kahlua
COLD BREW COFFEE

Combine the coffee and the water: Transfer the coffee grounds to the container you're using to make the cold brew
- 1 cup (4 ounces / 113 grams) whole coffee beans
- 4 cups water
- Coffee or spice grinder
- 1 1/2 quart (or larger) glass, ceramic, or plastic container (I use a 2-quart canning jar)
- Small strainer
- Cheesecloth or cotton flour sack cloth (I like these)
- Bottle or jar, for storing your cold-brew

- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 2 rounded Tbsps dill pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp steak sauce

- 6 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed (about 10 large)

In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat
- 33 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
- 11 lime, juiced
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon cayenne

POT ROAST

Put into a 325 degree oven for 2-3 hours, depending on how large the roast is
- Place the roast in the Bean Pot.
- Add potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, salt and pepper. It isn't necessary to add water. Cover with the lid.
SLICED STEAK AU JUS

- 1 beef top round steak, cut 1" thick, about 1 and 3/4 pounds
- 3 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp Worcesteshire sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
