- 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup (8 ounces) 4% cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Paprika
MICROWAVE MEATLOAF

Mix together all ingredients except meat, then add meat
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp poultry seasoning
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

- 1 ½ pounds ground beef

Spray a medium nonstick saucepan with the olive oil spray and place over medium heat

- 1 cup minced yellow or white onion
- 2 Tbsps freshly minced garlic
- 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsps no-salt-added tomato paste
- 2 tsps honey
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsps dried basil
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
POT ROASTED CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES

1. Place all of the ingredients, except the cornstarch and the garnish, in the Crock-Pot; stir to combine

APRICOT-GLAZED PORK CHOPS
