Mexican Pecan Cookies

Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups very soft butter
- 3 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar for rolling
Balsamic Steak Skewers

Preheat grill to medium heat and place wooden skewers in water to soak
- For marinade
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- For skewers
- 3/4 1" sirloin steak, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 1" red onion, cut into 1" pieces
- 3 c. grape tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. freshly chopped rosemary
Cinnamon Pumpkin Rolls

Mix and knead the dough ingredients into soft, fairly smooth dough
- Filling:
- 1 cup canned pumpkin or squash
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 2 1/2 cups unbleached all prupose flour
- 1 3/4 cups while whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c nonfat dry milk
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground giger
- 1/4 t ground cloves, optional
- 3 T brown sugar light or dark
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 2 t instant yeast
- 3/4 cup Bakers Cinnamon filling
- 3 T water
- 1/2 c minced crystalzed ginger, raisins, or dried cranberries, optional
- Glaze:
- 1 T butter
- 1 T milk
- 1 cup glazing or confectioners' sugar
Golden Pull-Apart Butter Buns

• Rather than worrying about heating milk and water to lukewarm, simply combine cold milk with hot tap water
- Buns
- 3 1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons potato flour or 1/4 cup instant potato flakes
- 3 tablespoons Baker's Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons soft butter
- 2/3 cup lukewarm water
- 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
- Topping
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip Cookies with Macadamia Nuts

- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 15 oz. 100% pure pumpkin
- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 C. white chocolate morsels
- 1/2 C. chopped macadamia nuts
Beef and Cheddar Casserole

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for the baking dish
- Kosher salt
- 3 cups wide egg noodles (about 5 ounces)
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 12 ounces ground beef
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 bunch scallions (white and green parts), finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- One 14 1/2-ounce can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 cups grated Cheddar

Chicken Tetrazzini With Prosciutto and Peas

- 1 (10-oz.) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce

- 1/4 cup dry dry white wine

- 4 cups light cream
