No-Melt Sundae Pie

- 1/3 cup canned sweetened condensed milk

1.Process sweet potatoes with 1/4 cup evaporated milk in food processor or blender until smooth
- 1 can (16 ounces) cut sweet potatoes, drained
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk, divided
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
