Molten Chocolate Cakes

PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Butter four 3/4-cup custard cups or soufflé dishes
- 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

- 6 Tbsp. flour

Impossibly Easy Chicken 'n Broccoli Pie

1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
- 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Chicken Italiano

1. Pound chicken breasts with a metal meat mallet between sheets of plastic wrap until about 1/2 inch thick 2
- 4 - 4 chicken brest halves, skinned and boned
- 1 - 1 teaspoon oil
- 4 - 4 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups dry) thin spaghetti, broken into fourths
- 1 - 1 small onion, cut into wedges
- 1 - 1 small green pepper, cut into strips

- 1/8 - 1/8 teaspoon salt

One Pot Bean and Beef Dinner

Brown beef in skillet, drain fat off and put in crock pot
- 1/2 to 1 lb of chopped meat
- 3/4 lb of bacon cooked and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 2 cans of pork and beans (28oz)
- 1 can of kidney beans (16oz) drained
- 1 can of butter lima beans (16oz) drained
- 1 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 3 tbl of vinegar
Thai Chicken Balls

1. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken and bread crumbs
- 2 - 2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 - 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 4 - 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 - 1 tablespoon ground coriander seed
- 1 - 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- - oil for frying
Cajun Chicken Pasta

1. Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 4 ounces linguine, cooked al dente
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 thinly sliced green onion
- 1-2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
