Tastes just like Panera's Chicken Noodle Soup
- 5 cups chicken stock, with all visible fat removed or low-fat chicken broth
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 3 ounces no yolk noodles
