- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Spicy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Combine soy sauce, sugar, cumin, mustard, paprika, garlic and cilantro in plastic food storage bag
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

- 5 garlic cloves -- sliced
