In a non-reactive bowl combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and tarragon
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves -- minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/2 pound cooked lump or back fin crabmeat
- 1/2 pound cooked special crabmeat
- = (small pieces white crabmeat)
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 4 lemon wedges - (to 6)
Dried Pear And Fig Compote

Put all ingredients in medium saucepan, and bring to a simmer over medium heat
- 4 ounces dried figs - (abt 3/4 cup) -- roughly chopped
- 4 ounces dried pears - (abt 1 cup) -- roughly chopped
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom honey
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 star anise pod
- 1/2 vanilla bean

- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Bademiya's Justly Famous Chile-Coriander Chicken

Remove and discard the skin from the chicken legs, then rinse under cold running water
- 4 whole chicken legs

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup crushed round butter crackers
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
