Bread machine bread - easy as can be

Put all of the ingredients into your machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer
- For small (1 lb.) machine:
- 2/3 cup (152g) lukewarm water
- 1/4 cup (57g) lukewarm milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margine
- 2 1/2 cups (10.5 oz./298g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 5 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
Breakfast White Bread

- 1 pound Loaf:
- 7/8 cups (7 ounces) water
- 2 1/2 cups (10 1/2 ounces) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoons Baker's Special Dry Milk or nonfat dried milk
- 1 1/3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
Creole Stuffed Bell Peppers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 large sweet bell peppers, green, red or yellow
- 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely minced onion
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 or 2 links of Italian sausage
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups of creole tomato sauce (*see Cook's Notes below), divided
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- Pinch of kosher salt, or to taste
- 5 turns of the pepper grinder, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning (like Slap Ya Mama)
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes
- 1-2 tablespoons of fresh, dry or panko bread crumbs
- Grated cheddar cheese or thin slices of Velveeta

- 2-2 1/2 pounds (900 – 1150 gr) boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound (454 gr) fresh or frozen okra
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) oil
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (480 ml) chopped onions
- 1 cup (240 ml) chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) chopped celery
- 1 16-oz. (448 gr) can of chopped tomatoes (I swear by Muir Glen Organic Tomatoes)
- 1 lb (454 gr) andouille sausage sliced into 1/4 in (about .6 cm) rounds (Carlton Farms in Carlton, Ore makes my favorite local andouille.)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) freshly ground black pepper
