Breakfast Burritos

In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1/2 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 18 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 flour tortillas (10 inches), warmed
- Optional toppings: jalapeno peppers, salsa or hot pepper sauce
Orange Cinnamon Rolls for Breakfast

By using a popular store-bought biscuit dough, these can be made in the morning without having to get up at 4:00 AM
- One 7 1/2 Oz. Can of Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits
- 3/4 C Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tsps Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp. melted and 1 Tbsp. solid)
- 3/4 C Powdered Sugar
- 1/8 C Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Orange Juice, preferably fresh squeezed
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- Flour
- Orange Zest, from 1 orange

Jalapeno Jelly - Jam Maker

SPRINKLE pectin evenly over bottom of the Pot fitted with the Stirrer
- 5 Tbsp. Ball Classic Pectin
- 12 jalapeno peppers, cored seeded and minced (about 1-1/4 cup)
- 1-3/4 cups cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. butter
- 3-1/2 cup sugar
Salt Crusted Baked Potatoes

Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Pour salt onto a small plate and set aside
- 2 Russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, good quality
- 4 tablespoons salt, (I prefer flaked sea salt)
- plastic wrap to microwave, optional
- toppings, optional (pulled pork is amazing!)
Southern Sweet Potato Pie

Preheat oven to 400ºF Fold and form the edges of the crust as desired
- 2 cups mashed Sweet Potatoes, after baking.
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 stick Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 level teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 level teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 prepared pie crust.
Fresh Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

You could try this with frozen, defrosted berries, but it really will be best with freshly picked strawberries
- 1 1/3 Cups Fresh Strawberries
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Vodka (optional)
- 2 1/2 Cups Greek-style Yogurt (approx 500g)

- for the chocolate cake:
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus more for greasing the pans
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting the pans
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs, plus 2 large egg yolks
- for the graham cracker crunch layer:
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- for the toasted marshmallow frosting:
- 16 large white marshmallows
- 1 cup confectioners' or powdered sugar
- 2 sticks butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 8 ounce jar of Marshmallow Cream (or fluff)

Method 1 Preheat your oven to 425°F
- 2 eggs plus the yolk of a third egg
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
