- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Tamari
- 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Gochujang paste
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic (about 6 cloves)
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon water
Baked Chicken Fingers

Cut your chicken into 1/2 strips
- 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 4 cups of bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of vegetable shortening
- Your favorite dipping sauce
- Bake Time: 40 minutes
- Oven Temperature: 350 degrees
- Prep Time: 6 minutes
