- a good handful of thai basil
- 3 3 3 Tbsp vegetable oil

- 1/2 c. canned unsweetended coconut milk (found in the asian section)

- 2 large eggs
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted (cool before adding).
- Chocolate Frosting:
- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 4-5 - Tbsp. evaporated milk or half and half (depending on what consistency you like)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
