Instructions Pressure Cook the Broccoli: Pour in ½ cup of cold running tap water
- 1 – 2 heads of broccoli (roughly 0.8 pound/ 360 grams each), cut into 2 - 4 cups florets
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- Optional: 1 tablespoon rice wine
- Fine Sea Salt (or table salt) to taste (roughly 1/8 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon salt)
