- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 8 slices bacon, diced and cooked
Balsamic BBQ Chicken Baste

- 1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 3/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Wooster
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

- Salt
- Pepper
Three Meat Calzone

Serve this overstuffed calzone with your favorite tomato sauce if desired
- 6 Ounces Thinly Sliced Salami
- 2 Ounces Pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- Flour, for dusting work surface
- 1 Ball Ready-made Pizza Dough (1-pound)
- 4 Ounces Capicola, thinly sliced
- 8 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced

- 5 small Russet Potatoes (total weight should be about 1.5 lbs)
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 - 2 tsp Herb Seasoning, to taste (recipe can be found here)
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme

- 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
- 3 eggs

In a medium bowl combine the shredded cheeses
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp smoked cheddar
- 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda
- 1/2 cup shredded medium cheddar
- 1/2 cup shredded jack cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Duke’s here, and you should, too)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons sriracha, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained well
- 8 strips center cut smoked bacon, cooked crisp
- 16 1/2-inch thick slices of rustic bread, about 4″x2″ slices
- 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
"Asian Chicken Noodle Soup

Instructions In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the canola oil
- 1-2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 thick bunch of green onion, thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 tsp ground ginger
- 3-4 cups rotissere chicken, pulled and roughly chopped
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 6 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2- 3 tbsp soy sauce, to taste
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 cups lightly packed, roughly chopped Napa cabbage
- 6 oz crimini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2-2 packages dry ramen, seasoning packets discarded
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
