  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 bag (10.5-oz) miniature marshmallows
  • 2 Tbs unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter (optional, but good!)
  • 2 nd Layer - Peanut Butter Fudge adapted from Alton Brown with TJ's mini PB Cups
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 container Trader Joe's (or other brand) mini Peanut Butter cups
  • 3 rd Layer - Krispie Treat Layer
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 bag (10.5-oz) miniature marshmallows
  • 2 Tbs unsalted butter
  • 4 th Layer - Peanut Butter Ganache
  • Generous 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate, chopped

  • For the Soup:
  • 6-8 pieces pork neck bones about 1.4 kg
  • 10 cups water
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 4-5 slices ginger to remove pork smell

  • 1 dried red chili pepper remove seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Korean soybean paste Doenjang
  • For the Sauce to add to the soup after simmered for 1.5 hours:
  • 6-8 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoons Korean red pepper paste Gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons Korean coarse red pepper powder Gochugaru
  • Vegetables:

  • 2 stalks of green onions diced
  • 1/2 cup Asian chives diced
  • Optional but enhances flavor:

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 (6-inch) corn tortillas, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds roasted or rotisserie chicken, cut into chunks or shredded
  • 1/4 cup lightly-packed cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish/toppings: Serve with lime wedges, sliced/diced avocado, sour cream, greek yogurt, shredded cheese, crushed tortilla chips, additional chopped fresh cilantro.
