"Easy Pie Dough by Kenji Lopez-Alt"

This makes enough for two single-crust pies or one double crust pie
- Makes 2 single crust or 1 double crusted pie
- 12.5 ounces all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 1/2 sticks (20 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch pats
- 6 tablespoons cold water

Preheat oven to 350 and spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray Mix together flour, cornmeal, salt , baking soda,
- 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 Cups Yellow Cornmeal
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt

- 1 Teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk.
- 1 Tablespoons honey
- 1/2 can of corn-drained
- 1 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 Fresh Jalapenos -deseeded and diced
- 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
CROCK POT CHILI VEGETABLE SOUP

Instructions Brown ground beef and sausage with onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 19oz cans minestrone soup -undiluted
- 2 15 oz cans ranch beans or chili beans- do not drain
- 2 10 oz cans of RO*TEL (we used 1 can Mild and 1 can Chili Fixin's)
- 2 cups frozen vegetables
- 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix.
- Garnish- Corn chips, sour cream, cheese, etc.
"HOMEMADE TACO SEASONING

DIRECTIONS: In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until thoroughly combined
- 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper)

- 2 C. Blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 C. Boiling Water

BBQ Sausage Sloppy Joes made with Italian sausage links, hidden veggies and a sweet and tangy bbq sauce mixture in
- 19 5 sausage links I used Johnsonville and it was 5 links
- 1 red bell pepper finely diced
- 1 green bell pepper finely diced
- 1/2 yellow onion finely diced
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth chicken is okay too
- 6 brioche rolls
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
JUICY SLOW COOKER TURKEY BREAST

Instructions Place Rub ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine, it should be a wet paste
- 2 kg / 4 lb turkey breast, skin on, bone in or boneless (if using frozen, thaw it) (Note 1)
- 1 head of garlic, cut in half horizontally
- 1 onion (brown, yellow or white), unpeeled, cut in half
- 5 sprigs of thyme (or 2 tsp dried thyme leaves)
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 5 grinds of black pepper
- 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp olive oil
- Chicken stock/broth (or water), for topping up liquid (see Gravy step 1)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper
