  • FOR THE BUTTER CHICKEN:

  • 1 1 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup heavy cream
