"A never-fail recipe that is a family favorite
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 (8 pound) bone-in smoked ham
Caprese Stuffed Chicken

Preheat oven to 400º
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 c. baby spinach
- 1 c. sundried tomatoes (packed in olive oil)
- 4 slices mozzarella
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Lightly coat two 13x9x2-inch baking pans with nonstick cooking spray; set aside
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pineapple-apricot jam, pineapple jam or apricot jam
- 24 Silver Dollar Rolls or dinner rolls
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 pounds very thinly sliced cooked ham
- 12 ounces cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

- 1 (1 pound) package bacon, diced
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper, or to taste (optional)

- 4 ounces pancetta , chopped fine
- 4 ounces mortadella , chopped
- 6 ounces chicken livers , trimmed
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 pound 85 percent lean ground beef
- 3/4 pound ground veal
- 3/4 pound ground pork
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh sage
