- 1 (1-pound) package ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh baby portobello mushrooms
- 1 (6-ounce) package Canadian bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 2 (26-ounce) jars marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (16-ounce) package ziti pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 (16-ounce) package shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Christmas Queso (or anytime!)

Add the cheese to a saucepan and melt over medium heat
- 2 pounds queso blanco-style processed cheese, such as Velveeta Queso Blanco, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cans diced tomatoes and green chiles, such as Rotel
- 1 jar diced pimientos
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped finely
- Tortilla chips, for serving

1. In a heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and whipping cream
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/4 teaspoon black walnut flavoring (optional)
- Whipped Cream Topping
- 1 3/4 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1. Lightly beat milk and eggs in a shallow bowl
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 5 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 6 pieces thinly sliced white bread
- 4 thin slices cooked turkey
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
- Confectioners' sugar, to garnish
- Red currant jelly, for serving

- 14 dried lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped carrots (3 medium)
- 2 cups finely chopped zucchini (1 medium)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (8 ounces)
- 2 6 ounce package prewashed baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 15 ounce carton ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 26 ounce jar tomato-and-basil pasta sauce (2-1/2 cups)
- 2 cups shredded Italian Fontina or mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)

- 5 lb boneless pork loin (not tenderloin)
- 2 tsps rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c water
- 4 Tbs soy sauce
