- 1 pound boneless top sirloin steak
- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 6 French bread
- 12 cups torn romaine
- 1 medium tomato, chopped

This is a recipe passed down from Grandmothers and Great Grandmothers!
- GLAZE:
- 1-1/2 cups butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup 7UP soda
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons 7UP soda
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon or lime peel, optional
French Onion Pork Chop Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 6 pork loin chops cut 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 10.75-oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 24 ounces frozen loose pack hash brown potato
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 2.8-oz can french fried onions (2.8 oz)
Baked Caprese Pasta

1. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions, careful not to over cook
- 12 ounces linguine or fettuccine
- 1 cup marinara sauce (your choice)
- 1 cup packed basil leaves (about 2 handfuls)
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan or asiago cheese, divided
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
Fantastic Stuffed Green Poblano Peppers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pound raw ground beef 90% lean/10% fat
- 1 cup red onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small Green pepper diced
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 can tomatoes petite diced undrained
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cups spinach baby or one package baby spinach
- 6 large poblano or pasilla chiles halved and cleaned
- 8 oz queso oaxaca or mozarella cheese shredded.
Sausage Grits Casserole

Cook the sausage until brown in a heavy skillet; drain well
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 3 cups hot cooked grits
- 2 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3 T. butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Pimento strips
- Parsley
Scalloped Cauliflower

- 16 oz cauliflower frozen
- 2 tablespoon White onion finely chopped
- 6 oz cheddar cheese shredded, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup Whipping cream
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch white pepper Freshly-ground, to taste
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon bacon (optional), crumbed

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground beef chuck (20% fat)
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup chicken stock or low-sodium chicken broth
- QUESO AND ASSEMBLY:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 large poblano chile, chopped
- 3 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, grated

Preheat oven to 400°
- 4 cups shredded unpeeled zucchini
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (15 ounces) Italian tomato sauce
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
Pickled Shrimp Coctail

Boil shrimp in a pot of water with Old Bay until cooked, 2 minutes
- Boil:
- 2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 T. Old Bay Seasoning
- Combine:
- 2 cups thinly sliced white onion
- 1 large lemon, thinly sliced
- 6 fresh bay leaves
- 1/2 cup each olive oil and distilled white vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1 t. kosher salt
- 1/2 t. each celery seed, mustard seed, Tabasco sauce, coarsely ground black pepper, and sugar
