- 1 head shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper finely chopped

Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

Trim the roast of any excess fat, and season with salt and pepper
- 1 (4 pound) chuck roast
- 1 teaspoon salt
