Sweet Sausage Rolls

- 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 24 miniature smoked sausage links
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

Instructions Boil pasta al dente according to package directions
- 1/2 lb dry shell pasta (about 3 cups)
- 3/4 cup sliced pickles
- 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, diced
- 3 tablespoons finely diced white onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1/2 cup pickle juice
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons pickle juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

- 6 frozen raspberries, thawed
- 3 tbsps. raspberry vinegar
- 2 tbsps. seedless raspberry jam
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

- 1/4 tsp. onion powder

Instructions Add all ingredients to a food processor, blender, or spice grinder and pulse about 5 to 7 times

- 1/2 c. candied lemon peel, chopped (100 grams)
- 1 T. rum or orange liqueur

- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 - 2 T. rum or liqueur
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar

- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 envelope of Knox gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 half-pints fresh raspberries
- 1 half-pint fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
Slow Cooker, Apple Cinnamon Steel-Cut Oatmeal

Directions Coat inside of 3-1/2 quart (or larger) slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (2-1/2 to 3 cups chopped)
- 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk (or substitute non-diary alternative like almond milk)
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup uncooked steel-cut oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or substitute maple syrup or other desired sweetener)
- 1-1/2 tablespoons butter, cut into 5-6 pieces (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated pie crust (for two pies)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cup diced and peeled Crunch Pak apples (about 24-30 slices or 2 large apples)
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
