Honey Garlic Meatballs

Instructions Preheat your oven to 375ºF
- 2 lbs extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup quick-rolled oats (or bread crumbs)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder (I use 2 tsp Garlic Plus instead of the garlic salt and powder)
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
Mardi Gras Wings Seasoning

Combine all seasoning ingredients and store in an air tight container
- 2 Tbl. dried rosemary
- 2 Tbl. chili powder
- 1 Tbl. kosher salt
- 1 Tbl. garlic powder
- 1 Tbl. dried ground oregano
- 1 Tbl. Tony's Creole seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. dry yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbl. canola oil, optional for making paste
Vanilla Pudding

Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a medium saucepan and whisk until incorporated
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 1/4 cups whole milk
- 3 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- For the Crunch Topping:
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 cups toasted coconut
- 2 cups chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- milk to thin

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups peanut butter (divided)
- 2 cups oatmeal (not quick)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1-2 teaspoons vanilla (depending on your taste)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2-3 cups of powdered sugar

- For the Broccoli Rabe:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli rabe, woody ends trimmed and discarded, stems halved lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Kosher salt, to taste
- For the Sandwich:
- 4 semolina hero rolls
