Creamy Coleslaw

Instructions Pour the coleslaw mix into a strainer and place in the sink
- To prepare the coleslaw
- 1 pound package coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- For the dressing
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Almond Syrup

Directions In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water and bring to a rolling boil

- 6 Tablespoons milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar

- 1/8 cup caramel sauce, I used caramel ice cream topping in the jar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (I like pecans) (optional)
Taco Casserole

Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (16 ounces) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
