Brie Leek Tartlets

In a small skillet, saute leek in butter until tender
- 1 medium leek (white portion only), finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Dash salt and white pepper
- Dash ground nutmeg
- 1 package (1.9 ounces) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
- 2 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed
Slow-Cooked Stuffed Apples Recipe

Core apples and peel top third of each; brush peeled portions with lemon juice
- 6 large tart apples
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Granola and caramel ice cream topping, optional

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, seasoned salt and pepper; shake well
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- Lettuce leaves

- 1 tube (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Lemon Chicken Tortellini

Cook tortellini according to package directions
- 1 package (19 ounces) frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-in. pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 small sweet red pepper, julienned
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups Reduced-Sodium Chicken Broth, divided
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, optional
- 1 package (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach
- 6 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Creamy Caramel-Apple Glaze Recipe

- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened apple juice
- 1 cinnamon stick (3 inches)
- 1 cup Kraft caramel bits
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

- 16 oz salted dry roasted peanuts
- 16 oz unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 12 oz milk chocolate chips
- 4 oz german chocolate bar
- 1 almond bark
- 1 chocolate almond bark
Braided Pork Tenderloins

Cut tenderloins in half lengthwise; cut each half into three strips to within 1-in
- 2 pork tenderloins (1 pound each)
- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon spiced rum or additional mango nectar, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Caribbean jerk seasoning, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chopped peeled mango
Cowboy Casserole

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 can (8-3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups frozen Tater Tots
BLT Dip

- 1 C mayo
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tomatoes, diced
