Seafood Kabobs

In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, oil, 1 teaspoon dill, salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 teaspoons snipped fresh dill, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds halibut steaks, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 18 shrimp™, peeled and deveined
- 18 sea scallops
- 1 each large green, sweet red and yellow peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
Grilled Chicken with Lemon Basil Pasta

Cook pasta, reserving 1 cup of hot pasta water when you drain
- Marinade for Chicken:
- 4 whole Grilled Chicken Breasts, Sliced
- 1 pound Penne Pasta, Cooked Until Al Dente
- 1/2 sticks Butter
- 3 whole Lemons, Juiced
- 3/4 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cups Half-and-half
- 1 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (or Romano)
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- 20 whole Basil Leaves, Chopped
- Olive oil
- Juice of four lemons
- Dijon
- A tiny bit of honey
- A dash of salt
- Pour over chicken and marinate for 24 hours

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
- 11 whole Milky Way Bars (regular Size), Divided Use
- 3 sticks Margarine, Divided Use
- 2-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract, Divided
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/2 cup Milk (more If Needed)
- 1 cup Finely Chopped Pecans

- Dressing:
- 1 head Chinese cabbage
- 3 bunches green onions
- 1 stick butter
- 2 packages ramen noodles, crushed
- 1/2 C slivered almonds
- 3/4 C vegetable oil
- 1/2 C vinegar
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce

- 1/2 cup orange juice

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups (16 ounces) 4% cottage cheese
- 1 package (8 ounces) Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- TOPPING:
- 1 package (12 ounces) frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup orange juice

- 2 cans (5 ounces each) light tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
