Brown sugar Glazed Salmon

Cut salmon widthwise into four pieces
- 1 salmon fillet (1 pound)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Mushroom & Wild Rice Soup

In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil; add dried mushrooms
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 ounce dried shiitake mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 pound sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 package (6 ounces) long grain and wild rice mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

In a microwave, melt 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons shortening; stir until smooth
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips, divided

Heat oven to 325°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides
- 6 Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 5 pkg.(8 oz. each)Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 4 eggs

- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/3 cup instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7 to 8 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ICING:
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt
- TOPPING:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Goblin's Orange Popcorn

- 4 quarts popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons light corn syrup
- Dash salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 drops yellow food coloring
- 4 drops red food coloring
