Chicken Noodle Casserole

Poach chicken in a large pot of simmering water
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 6 ounces egg noodles
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup crumbled buttery round crackers
- 1/2 cup butter

1. preheat oven to 350. Grease and lightly flour bundt pan
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg fudge brownie mix (I used a 10.25 oz pouch of betty crocker)
- 1 can(s)chocolate fudge cake icing
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water (may need a little more) I used 1/4 cup more than the cake mix called for
