- 1 Tbsp grated lemon zest
- 1 ⁄4 tsp each salt and crushed red pepper
- 1 ⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 ⁄3 cup chopped parsley

Bake at 350 degree oven for about 6 to 7 minutes
- 1 * 1 cup White Wine

- Crust:
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- Lemon Filling:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup blueberries, rinsed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Strawberry Ghosts

Wash strawberries and gently pat with paper towels until completely dry
- 30 fresh strawberries
- 8 oz white baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 teas shortening
- 1/8 teas almond extract
- 1/4 Cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
"Anytime is Good" Sangria

1. Pour bottle of wine into pitcher over squeezed juice from fruit and brandy
- 1 Bottle of red wine, we used a Cabernet Sauvignon, but you can also use Merlot, Rioja reds, Zinfandel, or shiraz
- 2 Lemons, cut into wedges for juicing and slices for pitcher
- 2 Oranges, cut into wedges for juicing and slices for pitcher
- 1/2 cup sugar, that’s what they recommend, but I would sweeten to taste. We used less four 4 tablespoons.
- 1 Shot brandy (we used 1 cup this round, for a little extra kick.
- I recommend 1/2 cup)
- 2 Cups ginger ale or club soda (we actually used diet sprite!)
