  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup half and half

  • 5 pounds ground meat: equal amounts of beef and pork

  • 1 - 14 ounce can whole tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
