Key Lime Pie Oreo Truffles

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth
- One 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs (I used a mini food processor or buy the crumbs in a box)
- 4 cups (1 lb, 2 oz pkg) Golden Oreos, crushed (I used a mini food processor to crush)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Nellie and Joe’s Key Lime Juice
- 2 pounds white chocolate candy discs or white chocolate chips, melted
- colored sprinkles or coarse sugar would be a great for garnish (optional)
Loaded Potato Quiche

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 1/2-inch glass deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray
- Crust
- 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 6 tablespoons cold butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- Filling
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
- 3 medium green onions, sliced (3 tablespoons)
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- Sour cream, if desired
- Additional sliced green onions, if desired
Peanut Butter Cup Banana Pancakes

Use a hand mixer to whisk together the banana and peanut butter
- 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 medium very ripe banana
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
- Caramel sundae sauce or maple syrup if desired
Maple Peanut Butter Syrup

In small bowl, beat peanut butter and butter with mixer on low speed until smooth
- 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Butter, softened
- 1/2 Cup Maple flavored syrup
Kentucky Extra Crispy Fried Chicken

Combine all the marinade ingredients to make the marinade
- For the Kentucky Fried Chicken Marinade:
- 1 whole fryer chicken, cut up into 8 pieces
- Kentucky Fried Chicken marinade
- 6 to 8 cups shortening
- 1 cup milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon MSG
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups cold water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon potassium chloride or Adobo seasoning
- 1 tablespoon MSG (monosodium glutamate)
- 1/8 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons bottled chicken base
Espresso Hazelnut Beignets

In 3-quart heavy saucepan, heat oil to 370°F
- 4 cups Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1 can Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 ct)
- 1/2 cup Jif® Mocha Cappuccino Flavored Hazelnut Spread
Dill Pickle Bread (Bread Machine)

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer
- 1cup1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 11 dill pickle, chopped
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/8cups3 1/8 cups bread flour
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Silky Smooth Sweet Potato Puree

Scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly, but don't dry them
- 5 mediums sweet potatoes or yams, unpeeled (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- salt and pepper
- grated nutmeg
Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli

In a bowl, combine the ricotta, spinach, shallot, egg and lemon zest
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/2 cup thawed frozen spinach, finely chopped and squeezed dried
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 small lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper
- 40 square wonton wrappers
- 4 butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
Five Cheese Macaroni

- 1 Box of elbow macaroni
- 8 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 8 Sour Cream
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
