- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Pot Roast
- 2 (10.75 ounce) canscondensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 ounce) packagedry onion soup mix
- 1 1/4 cupswater
- 5 1/2 poundspot roast
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 garlic clove or granulated garlic
- Salt and pepper to tast
- Olive oil
Applesauce

Method 1 Put all ingredients into a large pot
- 3 to 4 lbs of peeled, cored, and quartered apples. (Make sure you use a good cooking apple like Golden Delicious, Jonagold, Granny Smith, Fuji, Jonathan, Mcintosh, or Gravenstein.)
- 4 strips of lemon peel - use a vegetable peeler to strip 4 lengths
- Juice of one lemon, about 3-4 Tbsp
- 3 inches of cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup of dark brown sugar
- up to 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Combine flour, salt, sugar, garlic, basil, and yeast in a large bowl
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

- 1 Kilo (2.2 lbs) of durum wheat semolina (….The kind of flour pasta is made of. To find it, try a local Italian specialty store or middle eastern store).

- 1 cup of red wine

- 1 cup of arugula, washed and chopped
- Salt\pepper, to taste

- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp (1/4 stick) butter, room temperature
- 1 12-ounce package wonton wrappers
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Fried shallots and butter sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large shallots, cut crosswise into rings
- 3 Tbsp butter (3/4 stick)
- 6 fresh sage leaves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp dried crushed pepper

Pickled Jalapeno Peppers

- 2 quarts jalapeno peppers
- 2 cups white wine vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon pickling salt or 1/2 teaspoon pickling spices
- 4 cloves garlic
