Salmon - Cedar Planked 'Lemon Pepper Seasoning

1.Blend all ingredients except the fish and lemon in a mixing bowl
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp dry tarragon
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 skinless salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 lemon

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Olive oil
- 5 cups diced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup chopped serrano peppers
- 1/3 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
- 5 pounds cubed pork shoulder
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 15 to 20 Anaheim peppers
- 12 to 15 tomatillos
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup corn flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix until blended
- 2 Lbs Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Lb Sugar
- 3/4 Lb Shortening
- 5 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- Milk to moisten

- 2 tablespoons low-sodium organic soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons organic ketchup
- 2 fat cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 baby carrots, minced
- 1 scallion, white and green part chopped
- 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cups organic chicken-flavored Thanksgiving stuffing mix
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk

- 8 oz cremini mushrooms , cleaned, stems trimmed and broken into rough pieces
- 1/2 Tbs unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion , halved and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 medium clove garlic , minced or pressed through garlic press (about 1 teaspoon)
- 1/2 cup Madeira or sweet Marsala wine

- 1 beef tenderloin center-cut Châteaubriand , 2 to 3 pounds, trimmed of fat and silver skin
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup lightly packed baby spinach

- 1 1/2 lbs fresh corn (2 large or 3 to 4 medium ears), husks and silk removed
- 1 large egg , beaten lightly
- 3 Tbs all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbs cornmeal
- 2 Tbs heavy cream
- 1 small shallot , minced
- 1/2 tsp table salt pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup corn oil or vegetable oil, or more as needed

- 1 Tbs Butter
- 1/4 ea. Sweet Onion - chopped
- 1 lbs Fresh Asparagus - trimmed
- 1 tsp Roasted Garlic - chopped
- 2 tsp Teriyaki Sauce

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 strips smoked bacon, diced
- 1 large yellow onion, minced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and finely diced (or about 7 baby carrots)
- 1 celery rib, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 5 cups 1% or higher fat milk
- 12 ounces frozen sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup diced smoked salmon (about 6 ounces)
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon tobasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
