Break chocolate into squares
- 10 ounces milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon coffee
Crisp Green Beans with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

1. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat
- 3 lbs French green beans
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp freshly ground black better
Noodles and Rice

Melt margarine. Brown noodles in it
- 1 cup rice
- 4 ounces fine noodles
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cube chicken bouillon, or 1 tsp. chicken soup powder
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 clear chicken soup, or 1 heaping tsp. chicken soup powder to 10 oz boiling water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- sauteed slivered almonds, Optional
Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Cake

Cut cake into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 16 oz. package frozen pound cake, thawed
- 6 cups cookies and cream ice cream, from 1/2 gallon, slightly softened
- 1 16 oz. jar hot fudge sauce
- 1 12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup water
- 10 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Candy, M&Ms, gumdrops, and nonpareils
Cabbage and Noodles

Saute shredded cabbage in margarine until brown
- 1 head cabbage, small
- 8 ounces noodles

Corn and Cheese Soft Tacos

Preheat oven to 350. Butter 8x8x2 inch glass baking dish
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 16 oz. can corn kernels, drained
- 1 cup canned creamed style corn
- 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3/4 cup sour cream, do not use low fat
- 1 4 oz. can chopped mild green chilies
- 1/16 cup pimento stuffed olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 12 flour tortillas

- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Baked Brie with Fig Spread

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 12.3 oz. imported French Brie cheese wheel
- 14 ounces frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 8.5 oz. organic fig spread
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 - 3 teaspoons cold water
Risotto with Green Beans and Yellow Bell Pepper

1. Cook beans in a medium pot of boiling water for 2 min then drain
- 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
- salt
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 yellow onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 2/3 cups risotto
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- black pepper, freshly ground.
Creamy Tomato Soup

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 large stalks celery chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 (28oz) cans no-salt added diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 2 tbsp tomatoes paste
