  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tbs plus 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/3 cups agave nectar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 tbs vanilla extract (gluten free)
  • 1 cup hot water or hot coffee (i used 1 tsp espresso powder dissolved in 1 cup hot water)
