ALMOST FAMOUS PRETZELS

- For the Pretzels:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for kneading
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for greasing
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/3 cup baking soda
- 2 tablespoons coarse salt
- For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar

TOSS cheese with cornstarch in small bowl; set aside
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1-1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 cup PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
HAMBURGER AND RICE BAKE

An "old standby" recipe
- 2 cups sliced onions or frozen chopped onion, thawed
- 1 cup chopped green or red pepper or frozen pepper stir-fry, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, margarine or vegetable oil
- 3/4 to 1 pound regular or lean ground beef
- 15 -ounce can diced tomatoes or stewed tomatoes, chopped
- 4 -ounce can chopped olives, drained (optional)
- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper.

This is the BEST salsa recipe ever! I got it from Pinterest
- 1- 14 ounce can diced tomatoes (I use fire-roasted)
- 1-10 ounce can original Rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 small onion, roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1/2-1 jalapeno, seeded or not (depends on how spicy you like it)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Small to medium size handful of cilantro, washed
- Juice of 1 lime

- 1 (1-pound) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed in refrigerator
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened, and divided
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white
- 3/4 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (6 ounces)
- 2/3 cup honey-crunch wheat germ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup pink grapefruit juice
- 1 cup triple sec
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1-1/2 cups ice

Heat broth, pepper, celery, onion, and apples in 3 quart saucepan on medium to a boil
- 1-3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 stalk celery - coarsely chopped
- 1 small onion - coarsely chopped
- 1/2 red, 1/2 green apple, chopped
- 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups cubed herb season stuffing
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
