- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
- 1/3 cup sugar

- 6 to 7 cups bread flour
RUSTIC REUBEN SALAD

- 8 cups torn salad greens
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 lb. deli corned beef, sliced, cut into strips
- 3/4 cup cubed Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup sauerkraut, well drained
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing

- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- One 28-ounce can tomato puree

RASPBERRY AND WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES

These soft and fudgy white brownies, dotted with red raspberries, make a sophisticated cookies and milk combination
- 6 ounces good quality white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2/3 cup (4 ounces) white chocolate chips
- 1 cup (4 ounces) fresh, or frozen unsweetened raspberries, not defrosted

- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 3 cups Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 jar (12.25 oz) SMUCKER'S® Caramel Ice Cream Topping
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (16 squares)

- 6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (15.25 oz.) OREO Cool Mint Creme Cookies, finely crushed (about 4 cups)
- 2 pkg. (6 squares each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted

- Crust:
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1/4 t. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- Filling:
- 3 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 (15-16 oz.) can solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 t. orange extract
- 1 t. rum extract
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1 t. ground ginger
- 1/4 t. ground nutmeg
- Topping:
- 1-1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 t. rum extract
- 1/8 t. ground nutmeg
- 1/3 c. coarsely chopped pecans
