Ham 'n Cheese Omelet Bake

- oz.) box Green Giant® Frozen Broccoli & Cheese Flavored Sauce
- 1 (10.2 oz.) can (5 biscuits) Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers Refrigerated Original Biscuits
- 10 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- Salt and pepper, if desired
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (4.5 oz.) jar Green Giant® Sliced Mushrooms, drained
CHOCOLATE BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES

STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F and place a baking sheet or oven-proof serving platter in the oven
- BATTER:
- 1 cup buckwheat pancake mix
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar, plus
- additional for dusting
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil, plus 2 teaspoons
- for griddle
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
- optional
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- TOPPING:
- butter
- 1/2 cup raspberries or sliced strawberries
- Raspberry or strawberry syrup
JUST GREAT SALSA

From the Minnesota State Fair chopper
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Jalepeno to taste
- 3-4 Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 6-8 leaves and stems of cilantro
- 1/2 fresh lemon or lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
BAKED CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST

Add vanilla, cinnamon, salt and sugar to eggs and beat well
- 1 loaf of french bread sliced thick
- 6 eggs beaten with 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 apples or pears sliced thin
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of melted butter
VANILLA SCONES (LIKE STARBUCKS)

I LOVE Starbucks vanilla scones but they get quite pricey
- DRY INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups flour (9 oz)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, cut into pieces (70 g)
- WET INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup regular full-fat sour cream (do not substitute low fat)!!
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 vanilla bean
- GLAZE:
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- water, as needed

- 3 C fresh basil
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese (can be grated in blender jar beforehand)

- For the dough:
- 1 package (2 1/4 tsp.) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water (105° to 110°F)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more as needed
- 1 tsp. salt
- For the topping:
- 3 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 red or green bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 lb. mild Italian sausage, casings removed
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
