French Toast Bake

Generously butter the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 baking dish
- 8 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 loaf sourdough bread, sliced (preferably stale)
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
Loaded Chicken Casserole

Marinade chicken breasts in Caesar dressing for at least 3 hours, up to overnight
- 1/2 C prepared Caesar salad dressing
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 C onion, diced
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 C chicken broth
- 1 1/2 C heavy cream
- 1 C cheese, grated
- 2 C fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 C fresh parsley, minced
- 1 lb angel hair pasta (optional)
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

Sift the sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together
- Cream Cheese Icing:
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. finely grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts, optional
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Cinnamon Roll Biscuits

Grease well a 10-inch round pan and preheat oven to 425°F
- Vanilla Glaze:
- 3 cups of plain biscuit flour (a soft wheat variety)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 tbsp. cold unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar with 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon mixed together
- 1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tbsp. milk

- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Easy Lasagna

- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- Pinch garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 egg
- 500 ml cottage cheese
- 12 oz. mozzarella, shredded
- Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- Oven ready lasagna noodles
Pizza Dough

- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. sugar

- 8 oz. pizza sauce

Slow Cooker Snack Mix

- 3 c. rice cereal (Life)
- 2 c. Cheerios
- 2 c. Shreddies
- 1 c. peanuts
- 1 c. thick pretzel sticks
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- dash Tabasco
Chicken Quesadillas Recipe

- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 6 flour tortillas (8 inches)
