These cinnamon roll cupcakes are ridiculously good
- Dough:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- Filling:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 cups finely chopped apples (I used Golden Delicious apples)
Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs*, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix, or more, to taste
- 8 ounces rotini
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream, or more, to taste
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)

- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 4 cups small fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

Mix rub ingredients together in a small bowl
- Rub:
- 1 slab (about 3-4 lbs) pork baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Alternate BBQ Sauce:
- 1/2 cup GOOD BBQ sauce (like Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 1/4 cup apple butter
