Tomato Beef Country Casserole - Together as Family

Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 bag (12 oz) wide egg noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (10.75-oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1 can (10.75-oz) golden mushroom creamed soup
- 1 cup milk, 2% or whole
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup - 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese or provolone

Melt 1/3 c. chocolate chips
- 1 6-oz. pkg chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. butter
Pesto Pasta with Chicken Sausage & Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 lb fresh brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and any yellowed/browned outer leaves removed, then sliced in half
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 lb (16 oz.) orecchiette (or any pasta)
- 4 chicken sausage links (I used spicy Italian), sliced into 1/4" thick coins
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup pesto
- Parmesan cheese, for serving

- 4 chicken legs (or a cut up fryer)
- 1 lb. small potatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 1 large onion
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 oz. bacon
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3 T. oil
- 1 t. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/4 t. dried thyme
