- 1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine Yoshida’s, soy sauce, garlic sauce, ginger, salt and brown sugar in a small saucepan
- 3/4 C. Mr. Yoshida’s teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
- pinch of salt
- pinch of brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil
- 1 1/2 cups (about 6 ounces) ditalini pasta (thimble-shaped pasta) or other small tube-shaped pastas such as elbow macaroni or pennette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 5 plum tomatoes (about 1 pound), chopped
- 8 ounces cold fresh mozzarella, drained, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 8 large fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped

Combine water, sugar, salt, yeast and flour to make a soft dough
- 1 1/2 C. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 3 1/2- 4 C. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dill
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning

- 2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Peanut Butter Hidden Chocolate Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 ̊F. Mix cake mix, eggs, water, oil, sour cream and pudding mix on medium for 2 minutes
- 1 devils food cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C. water
- 1/2 C. canola oil
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 small pkg. chocolate pudding mix
- 2 C. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 3 C. powdered sugar
Farmers Casserole

Place potatoes in a 9 by 13 pan
- 6 6 6 C. frozen hash browns
- 2 2 2 C. ham, diced
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C. monterey jack cheese
- 8 8 8 eggs
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 2 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. salt
Garlic Marinated Chicken

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. white-wine vinegar
