Cook pasta according to box
- 1 lb. bowtie pasta
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Tbsp. EVOO
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3 C. ham, diced
- 1 1/2 C. chicken broth
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3/4 C. parmesan cheese
- 1/4 C. parsley
Sugar Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 ̊F. In a mixer, cream the butter and sugar
- 2 2 2 C. sugar
- 1 1 1 C. butter, softened
- 3 3 3 eggs
- 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1 1 C. sour cream
- 6 6 6 C. flour
- 2 2 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 2 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. salt
Biscuits and Gravy

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cream of tartar in a large bowl

- 2 2 2 C. flour
- 4 4 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. butter or shortening
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 C. milk
- Gravy:
- 3 3 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 3 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C. milk
- 1 1 1 pkg. chip beef, cut-up
- white pepper
Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and spices
- Filling:
- 3 C. flour
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 C. dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C. canola oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 C. pumpkin puree, chilled
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 C. powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 C. unsalted butter, room temp.
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cold
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Spanish Rice

- 16 16 5 oz. stewed tomatoes (pulse 5 seconds)
- 1 1 1 C. white rice
- 1 1 1 C. cheese
- 4 4 4 oz. sliced black olives
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C. olive oil
- 2 2 2 oz. green chiles
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. onion, diced
- 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 C. water, boiling
- 1 1 1 tsp. salt
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

- 1 1 1 C. dark brown sugar
- 1 1 1 C. sugar

Cornflake Chicken

Asian Slaw

- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh

- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 C. broccoli slaw

- pinch of salt
- 6 Tbsp. peanut butter (microwave 15 seconds)
- 1/2 C. chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
