Oven Roasted Dungeness Crab

Preheat oven to 500 degrees
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallot
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
- 1 large Dungeness crab, cooked, cleaned and cracked (about 4 1/4 pounds)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme, divided
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsely, divided
- 1/2 C. fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp. finely grated orange peel
Gateau de Crepes

1. The day before, make the crepe batter and the pastry cream
- Crepe batter:
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 3 C. milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 7 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch salt
- Pastry cream:
- 2 C. milk
- 1 vanilla bean, halved & scraped
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/3 C. cornstarch, sifted
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- Assembly:
- Corn oil
- 2 C. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Kirsch
- Powdered sugar
Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 ̊F. Cream butter and sugar together
- 2 1/4 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C. butter, softened
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 3.4 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Orecchiette w/ Sausage and Peppers

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
- 1 lb. orecchiette (short pasta)
- 2 tsp. EVOO
- 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
- 1 Tbsp. butter, cut up
- 1/3 C. parmesan cheese, grated
Pie Dough

In a food processor, combine flour, salt and sugar; pulse briefly
- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 C. cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4-1/2 C. ice water
Caprese Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to direction on package
- 1 lb. pasta, corkstrew like
- 6 Tbsp. EVOO
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 lb. cherry/grape tomatoes (halved or quartered)
- 1 lb. fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1/2 C. loose-packed fresh basil, chopped

Combine chicken, water, chicken bouillon, Knorr mix, onion, celery and seasonings in a crock pot
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2-3 C. water
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 pkg. Knorr Veg. Mix
- 1/4 C. onion, diced
- 3/4 C. celery, diced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- salt & pepper
- 1 C. carrots, diced
