Pasta Salad (Bacon & Avocado)

Cook pasta according to package
- 16 oz. bow-tie pasta
- 3 avocados, diced
- 12 slices bacon, cooked crispy
- 1 C. fresh basil, chopped
- 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 C. parmesan cheese
Garry's Granola

Mix oats, almonds, seeds, salt and cinnamon in a bowl
- 3 3 3 C. old fashion rolled oats
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. pumpkin seeds, unsalted
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 C. flax seed, ground
- 3/8 3/8 3/8 C. sunflower seeds
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 C. sesame seed
- pinch pinch of sea salt
- 1 1 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. pure maple syrup
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Corn Tortillas

- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. EVOO
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (Cholula’s)
- 2 Tbsp. grill seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. tomato paste
Meatball Bahn Mi

Asian sandwich
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 egg
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. Plain bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. Cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sriracha, plus more for topping
- 1 1/2 french baguettes, sliced into 6 pieces
- Grated carrot and cilantro for garnish

Put coconut oil, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, peanuts and cocoa powder in food processor
- 1/4 C. Coconut Oil
- 1/4 C. Peanut Butter
- 1/4 C. Honey
- 1/4 C. Chia Seeds
- 1/4 C. Roasted, Salted Peanuts
- 1/4 C. Cocoa Powder
- 2 C. Rolled Oats
- 1/2 C. Chocolate Chips, mini
Blackk & White Cupcake (Hostess Cupcakes)

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl mix together cake mix, chocolate milk, oil and eggs
- 1 dark chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/2 C. chocolate milk
- 1/2 C. canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 10 oz. marshmallow cream
- 2/3 C. whipping cream
- 10 oz. dark chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 6 oz. whipped vanilla frosting
Cutler's Sugar Cookies

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until blended well
- Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups butter (3 sticks)
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups cake flour
- 8 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond emulsion* or almond extract
- 1 teaspoon meringue powder**
Strawberry Sauce

Combine berries, sugar and vanilla in medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat
- 1 pint strawberries, washed, hulled and roughly chopped
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/3 c. sugar
Peppery Beef Noodles

- 1 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast cut into 1 inch
- cubes (or you can use beef stew meat)
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder (next to spices in the grocery store)
- 1/3 cup Tamari (you can find this in the
- Asian section of the grocery store, it’s like a Japanese soy sauce)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 inch ginger root,
- peeled and minced
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 8 oz thin spaghetti (I use whole wheat)
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- Sriracha, optional
