Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Place chicken, 6 oz. Frank's, garlic and ranch mix in crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1/2 of a 12 oz bottle of Franks Hot Wing Buffalo Sauce
- 1 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 packet of dry ranch mix
- Sweet Buffalo Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Franks Hot Wing Buffalo Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 2/3 cup of leftover sauce from crockpot.
- 12 pack of Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 6 slices of provolone cheese (cut in fourths- 24 pieces total)
- butter

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Heat large dutch oven over medium heat
- Garnish:
- 12 oz bacon
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 C. red bell pepper, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 C. thinly sliced ham
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 6 oz half and half
- 10 lg. potatoes, baked and mashed

- For the marinade:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 C. Plus 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch, divided
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 C. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. Sesame seed
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 C. Chicken broth
- 1/2 C. Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 1/3 C. Distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 C. Soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Orange zest
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
- 1/4 tsp. Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. White pepper
Fried Rice (Rumbi's Style)

Heat butter over medium heat and sauté onions, carrots and cabbage are tender

- 4 C. cold white rice
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 C. red onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped

- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced diagonally

- 2 1/2 C. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 C. corn, frozen
- 1/4 C. lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
